- Enquiries in our email inbox, whether sent through the contact form or directly to hello@dassie.co.uk: 12 months from when we receive them, then deleted.
- Contact form messages and delivery logs held by AhaSend, which delivers them to our inbox: up to 7 days.

Who we share information with
Data processors
AhaSend
This data processor does the following activities for us: Delivers the messages sent through our website contact form to our inbox.
Zoho
This data processor does the following activities for us: Hosts our email inbox, where enquiries are received and stored.
Cloudflare
This data processor does the following activities for us: Hosts this website, runs the service that handles the contact form, and provides the Turnstile check that tells people from automated bots.
Sharing information outside the UK
Where necessary, our data processors will share personal information outside of the UK. When doing so, they comply with the UK GDPR, making sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How the transfer complies with UK data protection law: UK adequacy regulations cover the transfer to the European Union. Zoho's access from India is covered by Model Contractual Clauses between Zoho's group companies, supported by a transfer impact assessment.
